About 50 m²: the main flat plus a second, separate bedroom on the same landing, by the terrace, sleeping up to four guests. Two bedrooms, each with a double bed, two bathrooms, a living room with sofa and TV, and a fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle. A shaded terrace with plants, and a private parking space in the residence's courtyard. Ideal for a weekend in Rodez, a business trip (one bedroom has a desk and Wi-Fi) or a stop to discover the Aveyron.
